Lauryn continues to amaze us with the things she learns daily! Even though she's had some digestive problems and had some pretty bad weeks - we could not be more blessed by her cute little smiles and babbling conversations with random objects!
I wanted to make note of these milestones since I do not have a baby book going for her yet.
6 weeks: First smiles!
2 month check up: first shots :(
10 weeks: Diagnosed with lactose intolerance - no dairy for mom! Some improvement in her mood after I cut out dairy.
12 weeks: Diagnosed with acid reflux - put on Zantac and a HUGE improvement
First teething signs.
Can roll from tummy to back and back to tummy on soft surfaces
15 weeks: Is holding head up and propping upper body up almost to 90 degrees
4 months: started tummy sleeping because she is such a light sleeper she wakes herself up on her back!
4.5 months - colic symptoms are gone!
Has found the full range of her vocal cords - and enjoys shrieking at toys!
5.5 months sitting by herself
6 months learning to wave
7 months - knows what light, puppy, mama, dada, fan and bottle mean - started sign language training.
8 months 1 day - first tooth! Lower left.
8 months 1 week 1 day - (Halloween night 2008) FIRST REAL CRAWLING!
